Hey mamas,
I know it’s been a little quiet over here… and I just wanted to say I’m sorry.
The truth is — I’ve been a little MIA, not because I don’t care, but because life has been a lot.
Motherhood doesn’t come with a pause button. Neither does mental health. And sometimes, when both feel heavy at the same time, you have no choice but to step back and breathe.
I’ve been in a season of taking care of me. Slowing down. Feeling my feelings. Allowing myself to not show up perfectly online, because behind the scenes — I’ve been busy showing up for myself and my family.
Lately, I’ve found comfort in simple things —
Painting when my mind feels loud.
Reading when I need to escape for a little while.
Sitting in stillness when life feels like too much.
Motherhood is beautiful, but let’s be real — it’s also exhausting. Trying to keep up with everything — parenting, home life, goals, dreams, social media — it’s a lot to carry.
So this is just me showing up to say:
I’m still here.
I’m still figuring it out.
And I’m so grateful for this little corner of the internet we’ve built together.
If you’re in a hard season too — know you’re not alone. It’s okay to unplug. It’s okay to rest. It’s okay to take care of you.
We’ll catch up soon — when life feels a little lighter.
